Mondays – 6.30pm – Stratfield Brake. A shorter group run of around 3-5 miles. Improvers welcome! We aim to run together as a group; those who wish to run faster can do so and loop back.
To attend these training sessions we ask that you can run for c.30 minutes without stopping. If you need help with this please get in touch and we’d be happy to advise on training plans.
Tuesdays 6:30pm – Stratfield Brake – Group run. A 7/8 mile group run, with regular turn-back points for those wanting a shorter run
Thursdays 6:30pm – Stratfield Brake – Speed training session.

We meet in the foyer of the clubhouse at Stratfield Brake.

Please note that you must be aged 16 or over to participate in our training nights. But please note, that under 18’s must have a Parental Consent Form signed before they will be permitted to run with us and, for their first session, be brought and collected by a parent or guardian. As a guide, new runners should be able to run 30 minutes without stopping. A suitable running background would come either from active sport at school or being able to complete a park run (speed immaterial).
The club operates two Club Championships per year.
Road Race Championship
The Road Race Championship starts in Jan/Feb and usually finishes in November. The winners are announced in December.

Cross Country Championship
The Cross Country Championship runs in line with the Cross Country season through Autumn, Winter and finishes in early Spring.
