At Kidlington Running Club, we offer a range of friendly and supportive training sessions throughout the week, designed to suit a variety of abilities. Our runs are complemented by structured coaching sessions held regularly throughout the year.
We adapt our routes with the seasons. In the summer, we enjoy scenic canal paths and trail runs, while in the winter we focus more on road running under well-lit streets to keep everyone safe.
All sessions start and finish at our base at Stratfield Brake (unless otherwise stated). Each Sunday, members receive a weekly email with full details of the upcoming sessions.
As a general guide, new runners should feel comfortable running for approximately 30 minutes without stopping.
