At Kidlington running club we have regular training runs across the week, and support these with coaching sessions throughout the year.

We change our runs according to the season, with Summer runs including more canal and trail runs, and as the winter comes in we resort to more road running under the street lights.

All our runs start and finish at our ground at Stratfield Brake (unless otherwise stated) and we post our week on Facebook, and email our members.

As a guide, new runners should be able to run 30 minutes without stopping. If you’d like some help achieving this the BBC do a very good “Couch to 5k” program/app. A suitable running background would come either from active sport at school or being able to complete a park run (speed immaterial).
